Diana’s Angels® Project

Serve Christ and be faithful witnesses by offering Christian support and comfort to grieving families whose infants have died, by providing burial clothing for these infants.

Did you know that many parents, who have had a premature baby die, have needed to shop toy stores for burial clothing which did not even fit the baby? Help those parents who have lost an infant by providing proper fitting burial clothing. In 1997, the Diana’s Angels® Project was started at St. John’s Church in Waverly, Iowa to create the patterns and deliver the clothing to area hospitals. Today many Diana’s Angels groups all over America are busy at work sewing for a large number of hospitals. Immediately after the birth, the nurse can dress the baby in the clothing, then wrap the baby in the blanket before taking the infant to the parents.

Your society can start their own Diana’s Angels® group. For more information on the Diana’s Angels® Project, refer to their website www.dianasangelsproject.com.
