Your Mission Grants at Work

Would you like to dig your hands into one of our current mission grants? LWML Mission Grant #1, Providing Food and the Gospel to Starving Children, has a packaging event coming up on Saturday, March 24, 2018 with event sessions at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 3101 Hamilton Boulevard, Sioux City, Iowa. If you are near to Sioux City, consider helping out. If you are farther away, please pray for these sessions to be fruitful and productive.

Recently at two similar packaging events, eighty-five (85) volunteers packaged 23,016 Mercy Meals for the hungry and starving children of the world. At the end of February, five volunteers used shrink wrap on 87,912 meals and placed them on pallets so that 116,424 Mercy Meals and numerous other humanitarian items could be loaded into an Orphan Grain Train semi for shipment.
