What a blessing to meditate on my district convention theme βJesus is in Control.β
It is Good News is a world that is filled with uncertainty and struggle. Jesus is with us no matter what. In the good times and in the challenging times, Jesus remains in control. Jesus is in control of the many things going on in the life of baptized believers.
It is easy to lose sight of this biblical truth, especially when times of trial begin to overwhelm you. You may wonder if God is really in control. You might question if God is in control, but in faith, you can trust that He is the One who works for your ultimate good.
During these challenging times, the Holy Spirit leads us to look upon the cross and see that Jesus truly does work all things for the good of those who love Him and that He is in complete control.
