Anytime is a good time for LWMLers to show appreciation for the Church Workers they know! Most importantly, pray forย your Church Workers โ their relationship with God, physical and emotional needs, family relationships, time management, good communication skills, boldness in sharing the Gospel, etc.! Other ways to encourage them would include supporting them professionally and personally, and listening to their ideas open-mindedly. Additionally, thank them publicly and privately; acknowledge anniversaries and special days (professional and personal); encourage them with notes, cards, emails, and the like. Above all, focus on their strengths, rather than their weaknesses. Try to see them in light of how they fit into Godโs bigger picture. Love them as God loves them.ย
